This delicious and wickedly simple recipe is always a winner and my favorite way to use the Spicy Street Kabob spice kit.
- 1 packet Spicy Street Kabob spice blend
- 1 lb lamb chops (6-8 chops, 3/4 inches thick)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Preheat your grill or stove top grill pan to medium-high
- Coat lamb chops with olive oil and Spicy Street Kabob blend, making sure to coat the lamb chops evenly on both sides
- Optional: For extra flavor, let the lamb chops marinate in the fridge anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours ahead of grilling
- Grill lamb chops for 5 to 7 minutes on each side to desired doneness
